The current manual-entry version of Carely Health allows users to enter health readings themselves. It does not connect to external medical devices or request Bluetooth, Nearby Devices, or location permissions for medical-device connections.
4. Other device permissions
Camera access supports video calls and taking questionnaire photos.
Microphone access supports audio during calls.
Notification permission supports care-related notifications and questionnaire prompts.
Users can select files or images to upload prescriptions, documents, and questionnaire responses.
5. How information is shared
Information may be made available to authorised healthcare professionals and caregivers involved in your care, subject to the applicable access controls and arrangements.
We also use service providers to operate functions such as hosting, storage, authentication, messaging, notifications, and technical support.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

We use safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
No system can guarantee complete security.

Website demo enquiries and contact-form information are retained for up to 24 months, or until deletion is requested, subject to applicable requirements.
